Saturday:
B: protein coffee
L: crustless quiche
D: steak tips with sauteed baby spinach, potato
S: bite of a cookie, bite of a mini brownie, coffee
Sunday:
B: coffee, reduced fat cheese stick
S: beef jerky
L: one chicken wing, 1/2 beef teriyaki stick, 2 boneless spareribs
D: leftover steak tips and potato
I didn't do as well as I wanted, but better than I could have. We went to a Christmas concert in Boston last night and after they had tables filled with candy, cookies, fudge. Today I went to a christening and then party at a chinese food restaurant after. Made the best choices with what was offered.
Tomorrow's a new day, and I plan on staying on point!
Today I've struggled! It's that time of month and I have bad cravings.
