L: 2 oz chicken salad
D: 3/4 chicken thigh and 2-3 tablespoons full fat broccoli casserole with cheese and sour cream. (It was worth it)
S: Probably cheeseand 2-3 Triscuits or yogurt
Exercise: FINALLY doing some walking. 2 miles yesterday and 1 today. Not much but it's a start and my dogs are super excited. Going out of town with some girlfriends for the next two days so eating will be challenging, but I'm really looking forward to it. And our hotel has a sal****er pool :)
Small NSV for me today. I never used to walk my daughter to school because it seemed like too much work. And it was! I was sweaty and winded both ways. Did it today and it was nothing (Okay, it's December, but still). It just made me sad for all that wasted time when we could have been enjoying a daily stroll with a purpose. She starts middle school next year and it's too far away. Carpe diem folks
