Decided

Good Morning All. I have decided on the VSG. My surgery date is 1/22 depending on insurance approval. I feel I am going with the safer of the 3 options. I am hoping to get some feedback on the good and the bad so if any of you can help me out with that I would so greatly appreciate it. :)

Best thing that will ever happen to us! Mine is 1/13. Nervous and excited. I dont think i have saw many posts that didnt lose close to 60 pounds the first 90 days and 100 the first year. Started my peop diet yesterday even though doc said I didnt need to start until 1/31. Those are my goals... Maybe we can support each other. See you on the losers side! That is awesome! Absolutely we can support each other. I am so excited. I should have made this decision awhile ago but being my stubborn self. Anyway here is to us!

Awesome decision. I had mine 6 months ago and I have been smiling ever since. Today I weighed in 110 lbs down from the opti stage!! I feel great, I look amazing and I have no regrets!!! No real complications but just minor adjustments Along the way! It is the best decision I have ever made. I wish you luck and am sending you good thoughts!

Congrats on your weight loss. That is totally awesome. When you say minor adjustments what do you mean?

Well, when they mean no carbonated beverages, they mean no carbonated beverages. I took a sip of some sparking water and did not feel great!! Without getting too personal, I had to get a prescription for a stool softener. I had some issues with sever constipation- not fun. Truly those are the worst of it! Otherwise smooth sailing all the way!!

I'm only 2 months out and its the best decison I have ever made. I feel very fortunate as I haven't had any bads!! Surgery & recovery were really smooth! Follow the directions and you will do very well! Good luck to you!
