My kids got an Xbox One for Christmas and I was wondering if anyone has any exercise games for it that they would say are good or not. I'm 5 months post op and haven't exercised at all. The only form of exercise I actually enjoy is swimming, but with my children and my work I can't make it to the pool when it is open. So, I'm trying to figure out something else. I thought maybe a video game would be motivating and fun.
