Protein powder
I have never tried unflavored protein powder.. I meant I didn't like unflavored Greek yogurt! I have some samples that my NUT gave me from unjury.. I think one might be unflavored and I know one is chicken soup flavored ( sounds gross!) I am probably going to stick to chocolate shakeology and whole foods vanilla whey protein powder with herbal life's formula 1 pumpkin spice. That's if my taste buds don't drastically change!
I use Unjury. I have learned to mix it in just a little water till it is dissolved. That keeps it from clumping and I never add it to foods hotter than 140 degrees. If you add it to something with a strong flavor like chili or soup. You can hardly taste it at all. I used a small chopper during my pureed stage to blend regular recipes and it was a life saver.

Let's be honest, pureed food stage was the hardest for me and my new banana stomach. I'm not sure what it was, cause I really wanted to start eating something beside a protein drink, but it really grossed my tummy out!!! My daughter had a suggestion that helped, pureed soups, they are already kind of smooth and as long as I ate them warm I could get them down. Unjury plain protein powder was ok to keep up your protein during this stage, you can only find it online. Good Luck :)
