extremely nervous

Last appointment is this Thursday and I still have 2 pounds to lose.  I'm a nervous wreck.  Any suggestions on very good word to drop the extra weight? 

If you mean you have 2 pre-surgery pounds to lose, don't get too anxious about it. I don't think your surgeon will cancel your surgery on the basis of two pounds. I was supposed to lose 30 pounds pre-op. I only lost 10. They still did the surgery.

That makes me feel a little better!  I was supposed to lose 12 but only lost 10. I am just nervous my insurance won't approve me.
