I'm sure you could. You could even substitute whole wheat flour. It's only 2 TBS., but won't have as much fiber, so net carbs would be a bit higher.

I just made this!  Really good - definitely a different texture and taste than a traditional waffle, but I really like it and it is quite filling.  Also a nice change from the eggs I usually have each morning.  Thank you Devon!!!!

Glad you liked it! I do think it will become a staple for me - especially since I have all this almond flour now! Hey, it's also something nice and comforting and easy to eat while you are healing.
