Wish Center Renton - The Staff Speaks!
As a nurse I really feel bad for the staff at WISH. I wish them all well! They were a very nice and compationate team and they are still giving the extra mile!
I have an appointment at NW Hospital tomorrow with Dr. Chebli. He is willing to take on WISH center patients and is requesting that I bring in all logs, and other lab test, ultrasound info, etc. I am glad that my primary doctor performed all the necessary tests, and that obtaining records is not an issue.
I am new to this site and would be more than happy to write and let all you other orphans know how it went.
Good luck to everyone

I just got home from Wish Center Renton, WA. After more than an hour, I have my records, but to my dismay, they are incomplete. All of the info on diet and exercise (an insurance requirement) is missing. Without those I have to redo the 3 month diet and exercise. They are looking for it and will fax it to me if they find them. I have an appointment with DR. Hunter tomorrow, so I really hope they can find them today.
As for what is going on, I just have to say I saw Charlene and Jennene and they are torn up about this whole thing. Despite what the Seattle Times reported, the office staff knew nothing about it till Corporate told them to leave without pay. I am not at liberty to say how I know, but there is proof. These two nurses are helping out us orphans out of the bottom of their hearts. They really do care, unlike the Wish Corporate office.
I'm so sorry all of you have to go through this.
I myself did not do my surgery with Wish last year and changed midway. I did have to get my medical records again since they would not release them after I told them I'm switching surgeons, but thankfully it didn't take very long to get!
However, I personally find it hard to believe that the doctors knew nothing about the doors closing. I guess they play the part, and they will get to keep their residency at the hospital.
Good luck to all of you, I wish you the very best in getting all your records and finding new doctors!!
