Update on Grandma Bev

I went and visited Beverely this evening. Everything went according to plan in the surgery the doctor said. She was extremely tired and slept most of the time I was there. Waking really only to push the pain pump every 10 minutes. She is having a lot of pain around the drain cord but I am certain she will be up and walking this evening. But she was still in pain when I left. Every 10 minutes wasn't coming fast enough for her.  She is in Room lucky #781.   (Same room as Annie).  I am sure she will be doing much better tomorrow for anyone who would like to stop by and see her.  Take care ya'll. Thanks Brandy!  I was at Madigan yesterday to talk to them about some weird pain that I had.  While I was waiting my husband went to go see if she was waiting - and she was, but by the time I was finished, she had been taken back.  I am hoping to go visit both Bev & Shelley tomorrow.

Thanks for the update Brandy, I hope the pain gets under control, Let her know my thoughts and prayers are with her, maybe Bev and Shelly will be roomies, that would be great for them, they could even walk together. Wish I liver closer I would go visit also.  Take care ladies.

Hey ladies, Beverly is going to be so happy to see all those that make it by. I am getting ready to head up there myself. My daughter is in the bath right now but as soon as she is done we are heading up there. Then I am planning on making it to the support group...last one before surgery!!! Yeah!!! I am sooo excited.
