Everyone's Daily Log (Thursday)
 I keep forgetting to post, but will try to do better.  I have walked a mile every week day, but not today.  I strained my back somehow and had to take it easy today.  It is feeling better tonight though, so I should be back on track tomorrow.  I will try to catch up that lost mile on Saturday.  Next week, I am upping my walks to 1.5/day.
Congrats all on keeping with it and doing so well.  You all are an inspiration to me.  This wls journey has mostly been a piece of cake to me so far, but I have just not been able to commit to the exercise component.  This accountability is really helpful to me.
