Merry Meet!

Hi, I'm new here to AMOS and thought I'd post a cheery Bright Blessings to my fellow Wiccans and Pagans brave enought to list it on here! I hope everyone is doing well both pre and post op. I myself go under the knife next week! Just curious...Did anyone do any special spiritual work or ritual before their surgery. BB, Jennifer

Hello and Bright Blessings, I actually was allowed to take a small candle and I lit it in the pre-op room I was in for 2 hours. It helped me with anxiety, and nervousness that I was going through. Also the night before I did a small ritual to the Goddess asking her to please watch over me as I went through another journey step in my life. It seemed to help me alot. BB, Aimee

Aimee, Thanks for your response (you look great btw). I've had little conversations with the Lady and Lord on a nearly daily basis. And happily have my fellow coven mates sending me energy and healing. As well of course many non-Pagan folks on this site sending me their on well wishes and prayers. Well tomorrow's the big day!
