OMG! I Made It!!!!

Well, I'm exactly 18mths and 2 days post op and I finally made it to my "ultimate weightloss goal"!!!! I weighed in this morning at 150lbs~WooHoo!!!!!! My surgeon's goal for me was 165lbs which I hit at 1yr post op, but I REALLY wanted to make it to 150. I got stuck at 160 for awhile and then 152-153 for quite awhile. After gaining a few pounds over the 4th, I decided to get back on track and the pouch works~it really works! Can you tell I'm excited?!?!?!?!?! Tracy B 328/150 5'9"

OMG Tracy, I am THRILLED FOR YOU!!! Wow, it must feel so good to finally be there. You have done a marvelous job and should be so proud. You look great and i hope you feel great too. I with excitement for you. Now let the caregiver in me come out and just give you 1 thing to remember, FITNESS IS A JOURNEY, NOT A DESTINATION.
