hello all next Friday will be my 1st anniversary. I have lost 117 lbs so far. I know that is not much compared to other people but I will eventually get there. I am at another standstill. I have not been sticking to my routine but am getting back on it now. I hope to lose 70-80 more lbs as my goal. I have to get back with the system before I screw myself up. Thanks will talk later Kathy

Kathy, Congrats on your one year anniversary. It feels wonderful these days huh. You will make your goal...its more determination now than the surgery helping us. Stalls happen all the time...be patient and it will happen...Just not like in the beginning of this surgery. Gosh I do miss that phase! It was swee****ching the numbers go down. Debbie

Happy Anniversary Kathy. Stick to your routine, a positive attitude and the desire you express to reach goal will get you there. Dana

You worked hard to lose that 117 lbs so don't discount it. Some of us just don't lose as quickly as others. The up side of being a slow loser is you really do have to change your eating habits to keep losing. Changing our eating habits will make this work for us long term. I would encourage you to really work your program for the next few months though. Once that window (18 months) closes it becomes next to impossible to lose. Some people do it but it gets harder to lose every month out from surgery. Best of luck for your continued success.
