I finally moved the scale again
Hello Family.....
I kicked myself in the ass this week and went back to basics.... well, do you know what that got me???? a 6.5 lb weight loss since Monday, yep that's right 6.5 lbs. It has not been easy but I have did it... I have been drinking no less then 69 oz of plain water (btw, HATE WATER) and riding my exercise bike (hate to exercise also). I have been watching everything that I eat and cutting out all of the bad carbs that I love oh so much.... I will be one year out August 23rd and as of right now I am down 118 lbs. I am not happy with that..... I want to lose and additional 40 lbs by Oct.

To add a kick to the plain 'ol water, I suggest giving "True Lemon" crystallized lemon a try... they come in little individual sized packets that can be added to any liquids for a bit of extra lemon-y flavor... I sometimes add to plain 'ol water and other time will add a packet or two to Wyler's Iced Tea Lemon flavor (it's a bit bland for me without the extra) ...
It comes in a box of 40 packets and I purchased it for a couple of dollars at the local grocery store.
If you don't like lemon or lemon-y flavored anything .. then please ignore my post .

Thank you to everyone *****sponded.... I was a little too proud of myself cause boy did I fall off the wagon over the weekend... God they are my down fall. I acutually ate a peice of cake yesterday (1st since my surgery 8/05) and a klondike too... grrrr same thing, first since surgery... but back at it today... I can see this is going to be a life long battle...
To the sweetie pie who asked me how I drank my 69 oz of water everyday.....It is not flavored. IT is plain old water and I HATE IT... I gag every ounce but the results help keep me pushing myself...
REMEMBER FAMILY, WE CAN DO THIS....
