Sunday check in...a little early
GOODNESS, i think i have found someone that exercises more than me!!! I only do 5 days a week , i skip the weekend, even though i have orders from my pt to run 2 miles on my mill at home, most days i cant make myself!!! I feel guilty now ! uggg!
ok heres what i ate
B~waffle with peanut butter and sugar free syrup and a diet coke (in a rush to get to church on time, thats my excuse and im sticking to it, haha)
L~uggg 1 small slice of leftover cheese pizza
S~1 stalk of celery with peanut butter
D~2 baked tangy dijon chicken legs , 1/2 cup steamed brocoli( i cant spell, i know it, you aint gotta tell me, haha, i dont know how to use a spell checker either!)
ok im stuffed im done eatting for the day............i hope!!

p.s. i pledge to get back on track tomorrow, protein first and no bad carbs!!!! i feel i needed to state this for the record, feel free to save it and slap it in my face if i get out of line!!!! I want these last 15 lbs gone!!!!!!!!

L 8 chips with salsa
1/2 chicken taco
4 tbs refried beans
S protein bar
D 1/2 c tortellini with garlic and tomato sauce
1/2 c steamed broccoli
1 meatball
S 1 low carb chocolate cupcake (made from a carb watcher mix you can get online or from Academy Sports) Really good. Just use a little sugar free coolwhip for icing
Exercise: Gonna walk in a little bit
Already been outside racing with my 4 yr old; of course I let her win. Still exercise though

I thought I would check this grad board out. I need to start posting my foods and be held accountable for what I eat as well. I am beginning to see that the further out I get the more I need to watch what I eat and start getting in more exercise. I have had a very lazy weekend. But I needed it.
B- 1 pkt instant oatmeal - low sugar- maple and brown sugar
2 pcs of toast
L-1/2 chicken salad sandwich (leftover from McAlisters)
S- fresh fruit - pineapple, oranges, grapefruit (fruit cup from McAlisters that I did not eat yesterday)
D- 1 slice of ham & pineapple stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut
S- cup of sugar free hot chocolate and a sugar free choc chip cookie
I did walk 2 miles today at a fast pace. I am trying to work up to running again. It is so hot!! I can't hardly stand to be outside. I hope you had a nice weekend. How did it go in Alabama?

I like it over here on the grad board. This is pretty much where I hang out now. I just feel the people over here understand things as they are in the same part of their journey as me. I still check the MS board to see if I can be of help to anyone new out there. But I don't feel I get anything support wise from over there. There are so many new preops and early post ops on there now that they would not know or understand where I am in my journey. Seems as though the ones who are where we are have left the MS board. Maybe when Jane has her bash I can meet some of these new people and be more comfortable over on the MS board again.

I am back into my exercising since starting my new job. Exercise plays a big role in me being able to maintain my loss easily. I am glad I feel like it and have time to do it again. I didn't for a while with my other job and stuff.
Things the same in Alabama. John's aunt still really weak and doesn't seem to be improving much with the new meds and doctor. Could take some time though. John's mom is feeling better now though.

Snack: Banana w/creamcheese, splenda & lite cool whip dip (approx 2 tbls) (and I dumped, this is a first)

L - half a roast beef sandwhich on hye bread
S - 2 stalks of celery with ff cream cheese
D - 3 oz of baked chicken, peas and a tablespoon of stuffing, later, I had a very small sliver of SF apple pie I made for Aaron's birthday - he doesn't like cake, and I figured if I made it SF, I could have a piece too... Was a little nervous, kind of made it up as I went along, but it turned out great!


Today was a bad day...All I wanted to do was EAT..>EAT...> Eat....
B: yogart with Bananna
L: Turkey with Potatoes and a small amount of orange with Cottage Cheeze
S: Salsa with chips (approx. 5)
S: Sunflower seeds/sf popcicle
D: Hamburger with broccolli
Not enough water / Little to no excersize / Tomorrow is a NEW Day

We must all be on the same wave length... I just started a similar post on my surgery date board about a week ago... I need to start checking in on the grad board more often!
I was down with a tummy virus (along with my 6-year-old) for the past couple of days, so today was my first real day of eating since Thursday...
Hot tea (20 oz)
1 egg (scrambled) 7g Protein
2 sl bacon 6g Protein
1 sl american cheese 7g Protein
1/2 a light whole wheat english muffin
1 Venti triple decaff sugar free vanilla latte 20g protein
1 vanilla almond biscotti (grrrrr) (3g protein!! )
1 Protein ball (made another batch) 3g Protein
1 Venti triple decaff sugar free vanilla latte 20g Protein (I'm an addict)
1 piece pot roast (about 1/2 the size of the palm of my hand) 16g Protein
with some of the carrots, taters, onions & mushrooms that cooked with it all day - all in all - about a cup size serving.
1 cup of apple jacks in a ziplock baggie eaten over a couple of hours.... okay...grazing...(grrrrr) I gotta get this stuff out of my house!
Soooo.... about 82g Protein today and around 1400-1500 calories. (maybe a little more now that I look at that again...)
plus i drank a lot of water and hot tea.
I didn't do anything too strenous today. I sang and danced a little to the xm "heart" station on the t.v. - worked a little in the kitchen - straightened my hair just for fun and that's about it. I'm still pretty worn out. I've got my crockpot all loaded up with boneless chicken, cream of chicken soup, piminto's, sour cream and some french fried onions for tomorrow morning. These soft meats cooked in the crockpot are just perfect on my finicky tummy.
