hey there melissa....great job today...way to move!! mmm.....waffles..sounds yummy! i've never seen kashi waffles. i saw some waffles at the health food store by van's and they were low carb but i didn't get them. maybe i should look for them but i don't want to get myself back on that stuff...i know they are low carb but they'll make me want pancakes which have become my weakness.

Certain Kashi waffles have more protein and more fiber in them. Those are the ones that I get. I get the blueberry. I guess because they are kashi and have more protein and all they do not cause me to have carb cravings. THey are very satisfying and very filling. They hold me for a while too. I, like you, love me some pancakes or waffles. I was afraid these may spur cravings for me, but they didn't. Have a good holiday weekend. Melissa

good job today sharon!! yeah it appears that we're all staying pretty well in check...a few slip ups here and there but we're all human and have those bad days. i'm still waiting for the monthly bloat to go away to see if this is actually working for me!! if not i'm going to be really worried!! i do know i'm very tired with all the working out and walking i've been doing so i hope it's actually gonna pay off for me. this is how i did it in the beginning..walking 3x a day...so i'm hoping it works for me again.

hey mary...this post really helps me too. can't really start a thread every day and be the one who doesn't try to stick to the program! it keeps me in check knowing i have to fess up at the end of the day. i know i won't get flamed for eating the carbs but it makes me feel a little ashamed of myself when i have to admit it to others. good job today...
