wednesday check in...
Hi everyone
Was looking at the posts for snacks and I use the Double Fiber Wheat bread made by Natures Own .. IT has 40 calories a slice and only 5 carbs and i gram of sugar .. 2 slices toasted with a slice of cheese 2 % low fat sharp cheddar will make for a low cal filling snack that lasts .. I put in the toaster oven and make it .. THE TRICK is to make sure you dont drink 15 minutes before and wait one hour after and it will really keep you full a long time ... Total calories for 2 slices toasted is 180 calories

ok, thought I'd post. I lurk here and decided I needed your support.
Huum , wed, breakfast- achiev protein and vitamins
2-3 ritz with salmon cream cheese spread
snack - sf chocolate,walnuts, peanut butter,raisin treat I made (2)
lunch - 1/2 c left over lasagna
snack achiev protein and vitamins
dinner - 1/4 c cheetoz( I was stuck in the car), bowl of fruit (grapes,strawberrries and nectatine cut up) ( i had made fish but everyone ate it up before I got home from work)
snack -sf raisin treat above
worked out 1 hour at kungfu
