Hello Delores!!! [ahem] ...whatchu' talking about Willis? Wasnt it YOU that was lobbying about 9 months ago to get a bunch of us Old, er, WISE azzes to COME to this event????? You HAVE to go - silly, it's in YOUR back yard and your recruitment is paying off, we're starting to book rooms, etc. Kinda like the movie Field of Dreams, build it and they will come, well we're coming, woman! As far as ducking out, I think a Saturday night dinner somewhere would be a great way to END the event/weekend, dont you? Since that's your backyard, do you have any suggestions on where to go? Oh, and if we wanted to drag your butt dancing, where would we go for that. You KNOW with CHARLIE and I there, we're gonna be doing a lotta dancing. See you there, missy ma'am!

My good friend Deeeelores....as we get closer, we'll firm up some plans. I just found out I will be in Florence SC for 6 weeks starting Oct 9, so that means I'll be working...but I'm gonna beg and cry and sniffle to get a day and a half off so I can drive up...can't wait to see ya... Hugs Charlie

Oh, and since you're one of the PRIMARY reasons I was talked into making this trip, you HAVE to be there!!!!!!!! Especially after all the months of campaigning on your part. Btw - just sent over a flight schedule to Lynda last night and I think I'll be booking my flight to FLORIDA today (no later than this weekend, for sure, if time gets away from me). Hey Girl....I'm ready for some dancin....nah...no place picked out...I'm never over that way....but we'll find something I'm sure.....I was told my contract should end on Nov 17th. Sometimes it goes a week less...but never more. So I should be ok. I'll wait till we get started in Florence before I pop the KY convention on them....they are usually pretty good about stuff like that....especially if I tell em I've already paid for it and made plans. It will still be about 7-8 hours from Florence to Lexington, so we'll see. I'm going...even if I ontly get to go Saturday and have to drive all night Friday night...but I should be able to get Friday off....and half of Thursday.....

Delores, (Taffy!!) Hun, I'll meet you in the Parking lot if the Lobby is too much trouble!!! During the "dinner on your own" time Sounds like a great time for some group meet up!
