ok you guys...time to check in again... Preworkout-string cheese 3 mile WATP express B-protein bar, banana w/pnut butter S-boiled egg 2 mile WATP L-tuna and cheese 30 minutes yoga S-apple w/pnut butter D-mediterranean artichoke chicken salad on a low carb tortilla S-maybe some yogurt or protein bar later... how'd everyone else do??

B-EAS protein drink S-string cheese L-chicken with few bites lettuce and dressing, few croutons S- EAS protein bar D-probably left over Papa Murphy DeLite pizza S- probably 100 cal kettle corn I am still at work, will leave soon. I might do WW exercise dvd when I get home, if I ever do!

Good day!!! And I just have to get through the next 2 hours and I'm home free for today. Banana (these have a lot of cals and a lot of carbs. probably shouldn't eat these?) instant oat meal with rasins & walnuts yogurt 4 slices chicken breast, 1 wedge Cow cheese apple with no fat carmel 1/2 c chicken breast couple T's squash 18 - yep count um 18 pretzels. 2 hours to go.

B weight control oatmeal and 1/2 pc toast with sf jam S Kashi Bar L Whole Wheat hot dog bun with a light low fat weenie and 1/4 c chili S apple D Ugh! Mexican Night! So, here goes. a few chips with salsa and cheese 1/2 chicken quaesadilla I really controlled myself. Didn't overeat. So could have been worse. S 1/2 Banana with 1 tbs peanut butter Melissa

Hi Steph, you had a good day, the mediterranean artichoke chicken salad sounds wonderful. I'm not going to post what I had today, it was horrible. The last 3 days have been real bad and the scale showed it today. I'm at my upper limit back to basics tomorrow. Hope I can control myself this weekend, I'll be in Louisiana and my mother and family are having a get-together with too much food and too many bad choices. I've got to get serious NOW. Dana

OMG Steph, Im so ashamed of everything I put in my mouth today, I cannot even put it on here. I, like another poster am at my upper weight limit and Im scared b/c I have a family reunion this coming Saturday. Im going to try really hard to do better tomorrow. I do well in a controlled setting but when Im overwhelmed with food choices, sometimes I lose control. Maybe we can just eat and leave, not tarry, but that would be rude right? Pray for me! Candy

Candy, I'm with you here, let's work hard to do well this weekend. I hate this emotional eating, I always liked food but never thought I was an emotional eater pre-op, I felt I was a volume eater because "I liked the taste", ughh, even after I posted last night I ate more and it was definitely not healthy food. I'll say a prayer you make good choices this weekend. Remember we aren't perfect but we need to learn to use our tool, tough but WE CAN DO IT. Best wishes, Dana

I had support group last night so I missed posting. Had a good day overall~ B~NSA CIB S~cottage cheese strawberries w/cool whip L~salad w/turkey, cheese, croutons, ranch S~banana w/pb D~calzone, now I know this doesn't sound "good", but I took the bottom half of the crust off and it was filled with ricotta, mozzarella and some pepperoni~YUM! S~fiber one w/skimmilk 90oz of water, 3 miles Tracy B

Pre-B: Protein shake (scoop and a half IDS vanilla cinnamon) mixed with decaf coffee, half and half and sweet 'n low over ice - shaken not stirred. Cup of coffee w/ non-dairy creamer, minimoos and sweet n' low B: Deli buffalo sliced chicken, 2 slices (1-1.5 oz) american cheese L: Green Giant green beans w/ almonds with a dab of whipped butter, tuna salad (canned tuna, mayo, SF pickle relish) 1 York SF peppermint patty S: 1 slice provolone, protein shake (scoop of Nectar lemon tea) mixed w/ water D: Greek stuffed meatloaf a la Rich w/ homemade tzaziki sauce S: Blue Bunny SF Peanut Butter cup ice cream bar, 3 SF chocolates, 2 pieces of American cheese Water: > 100 oz Vitamins: Check Exercise: Did some work with arm weights
