Hi Steph, you had a good day, the mediterranean artichoke chicken salad sounds wonderful.
I'm not going to post what I had today, it was horrible. The last 3 days have been real bad and the scale showed it today. I'm at my upper limit back to basics tomorrow. Hope I can control myself this weekend, I'll be in Louisiana and my mother and family are having a get-together with too much food and too many bad choices.
I've got to get serious NOW.

Im so ashamed of everything I put in my mouth today, I cannot even put it on here. I, like another poster am at my upper weight limit and Im scared b/c I have a family reunion this coming Saturday. Im going to try really hard to do better tomorrow. I do well in a controlled setting but when Im overwhelmed with food choices, sometimes I lose control. Maybe we can just eat and leave, not tarry, but that would be rude right? Pray for me!

Candy, I'm with you here, let's work hard to do well this weekend. I hate this emotional eating, I always liked food but never thought I was an emotional eater pre-op, I felt I was a volume eater because "I liked the taste", ughh, even after I posted last night I ate more and it was definitely not healthy food.
I'll say a prayer you make good choices this weekend. Remember we aren't perfect but we need to learn to use our tool, tough but WE CAN DO IT.

D: Greek stuffed meatloaf a la Rich w/ homemade tzaziki sauce
