I didn't see another post for Monday checkin so here's one.
Great food day today for me.

L Lettuce Wrap - 2 Large lettuce leaves with deli ham, cheese, and tomato all wrapped up inside; baby carrots

Pre-B: Protein shake (1.5 scoops) made w/ IDS vanilla cinnamon, chilled coffee, half and half and sweet n' low
Cup o' joe w/ nondairy creamer, minimoos, sweet n' low
B: Deli buffalo chicken, 1.5 oz deli american cheese
L: 3-4 chicken strips (breaded w/ parm cheese and spices - baked), green beans w/ whipped butter on top
S: Protein shake (1.5 scoops) made w/ Nectar Lemon Tea and water
D: 1/4 of a cucumber, 1/3 of a small sweet potato w/ whipped butter, taco meat, 1 oz american cheese
2 Dove SF chocolates
S: Protein shake (1.5 scoops) made w/ Nectar Lemon Tea and water
Water: 100 oz in already!
Vitamins: All in except for 1 dose of calcium which will be in protein shake
Exercise: Nothing planned - tomorrow the gym, I swear!
what is a good multivitain to use. also what protein drinks does everyone use?
b- v8 fruit juice, two egg, cheese and bacon tacos minus the flour tortllia with salsa, bottle of water
s- n\a had to go pick up my husband from the airport
l- n\a husband just got back into town so had to run a few errans
s- two cheese straws, the kind made from crossant dough...bad carbs bad.
d- half a cup of tomato basil soup with 1oz of swiss cheese. bottle of water i piece of wheat toast.
s- n\a but had a bottle of water
exercise- asked my husband out on a date for tennis. i figure he is a coach so i should utilize what i got and i did drills for about a hour and then played for about 30. i didnt think i would of made it for that long. only reason we quit is because the apartments lock the courts at 11.
i am about to go and drink about two more bottles of water so i can get at least my water in,
