1.  Marra AKA Lilacs In Summer 2. Gastric Roux-N-Y ByPass 150 (Proximal?) 3. April 4, 2005 4. Almost 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5. 310 6. 244 7. Anything in the 140's. 8. 157 9. 154 10.  My biggest struggle is I am used to being single and in charge of all the food in my refrigerator.  No will-power equals the strategy of keeping all the snackies at the store.  Since July I've been living with my boyfriend who is one of those exasperating types that can drink a gallon of beer or regular pop or energy drinks, eat a can of Spaghettios along with his super-sized pizza, lie around on the couch doing no more exercise than pressing his thumb onto the remote control & at 43 years of age, is THIN.  Despite good intentions on my part, the no-willpower thing got me eating pizza, french fries and King Size Snicker bars.  My surgery has been AWESOME in eliminating a lot of what I COULD HAVE eaten, and it has magically kept the 500 pounds I SHOULD HAVE gained away, however my consistant if incredibly slow weight loss did grind to a halt and then back up by four pounds.  Since, by that time, I already was a year and a half out, I figured "This Is It.  Magic over."  Then, for about a month, I ate sensibly again and the pounds magically started coming off again.  It's been back and forth now for the last three months.  Looking at my food logs and calories, etc., I still am not taking in much if we just edit out all the dang chocolate & snackies.  So it all boils down to... I am my own worst enemy.  Arrrgggghhhhhh!!!
If I'm out of my mind-- feel free to leave a message.

I have always had a lack of restriction and the ability to eat anything without dumping, so it seems like I am on a perpetual diet. Not being able to keep the right kinds of food in the house due to financial reasons is causing me to eat too many carbs and not enough protein, thus my regain over the past 4-5 months. Also I am struggling with body issues, feeling self-conscious about my sagging turkey neck and jowls which age me 10 years or so ... and then we have the socks-with-rocks boob sag going on too LOL.

1.  First name or name you go by on the boards: Adele 2.  Surgery type RNY 3.  Surgery date June 11, 2003 4.  How far post-op: almost 4 years. 5.  Highest weight: 335 6.  Day of sugery weight: 328 7.  Goal weight: 168 8.  Current weight: 205 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight: 175 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op: regaining and struggling to lose. I went through some hell over the past 2 years and regained a lot of weight. Now I'm dieting again and I'm feeling good. I was up to 218 a few weeks ago and wanted to die. I thought I'd never go over 200 again. Now I'm back to drinking my waters, eating very small portions and avoiding sugars/carbs. I find that following a program works best for me, be it Weigh****chers or something else. I have a hernia that I want to have fixed, and I want to have a TT at the same time, so I'm going to try & get back down to my lowest weight, which was 175.
