Grazing - Eating little things all day long - which ended up totalling the same amount of calories as if I ate like a "normal" person NOT on a diet! I eventually went up to 150 (highest since my surgery) and saw a neutritionist to learn how to "eat" again. I lost 15 so far and have 12 to get back to 127. I removed sugars, gluten and wheat from my diet and now follow a 3 meal, 3 snack diet. I am full all of the time and require less food at each meal (like it should be). Her name is Cindy Collins, M.S., R.D., L.D/N (Medical Nutrition Consultant and she can be reached at 1-561-691-3833 for those of you in Florida.
Overall - I didn't do too bad though for 8 years! Any questions? Please don't hesitate!
