1.  First name or name you go by on the boards: JewelCrown (or Denise) 2.  Surgery type: Open RNY 3.  Surgery date: 07/06/2004 4.  How far post-op: 2-1/2 years  5.  Highest weight: 326 6.  Day of sugery weight: 326 7.  Goal weight: 170 8.  Current weight: 220 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight: 216 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op:  Getting to doctors' goal.  I don't dump.  There's nothing I can't eat.  Grateful to have maintained at least 100 lbs of weight loss consistently.  It is a result of consistent exercise and support from boards.  I am comfortable at my current size, so if I maintain this for life, I'll be satisfied. My skin is good and I wonder if I make goal whether it will be loose.  Life is good. I feel like a "normal" person.  Folks don't stare at me as if I don't have the right to live anymore.  I can fit in seats.  I don't need a seatbelt extender and all my bloodwork is normal. Life is good.  Men fine me attractive.  What a concept. Life is good. I would do it again in a heatbeat!  VIVA gastric bypass!!!

Still have problems getting sick after eating. I have constant headaches. Did not have these kinds of headaches before the surgery. Doctors seem to think it is from the hormones in my stomach. So now I take more meds then before surgery.
