PS Date Scheduled

I'm excited and nervous, I have my date, lol.  March 14th at 9:00 a.m. I'll be having an extended TT, BL/BA and brachioplasty.  I can't wait! Dana

Oh Dana I am so happy for you. You're outlook on life changes so much when you reach pass goal. I know you have confidence but girl just wait till you are done...look out world here comes Dana! 

Ginny, I'm so excited, I cannot think of anything except PS right now.  I'm sure I'll be PMing you after to get your advise since you've already had PS done.  Did you also have a brachioplasty (arms) done?

Dana I did not have my arms done. They are good but then I was only overweight a few years so that might be way and if I remember correctly I didn't gain much in my arms and I was using my Pilates Reformer from 2001 so they stayed ok....now my thighs are another thing and got a denial of my insurance last week, however they had the wrong surgey listed...it was tummy tuck they denied. I told my PS office to holdoff on sending it in again till I make up my mind for sure,..not sure I could deal with it since not many seem to be estatic about results. My PS told me they don't look as bad as I think but I hated my thighs as a teen and I was maybe 98 lbs, never would were shorts and I guess I never will though I would have liked to wear a bathing suit since I do live in Florida. Dana are you having circumferential tummy tuck...front and back, like I did?

I'm not having the circumferential, I'm having the extended TT.  My butt and outer thighs really aren't bad, they could use a little lift but nothing major.  If I decide later to do them I can go back like Jane did and do the backside.  My inner thighs could use some work, but if I never get it done I can live with it (I think or I say that now anyway, lol).  The cost for a medial inner thigh life will be about $3,100 so I might save up and do it in about 18 months or so, just depends. My arms are aweful.  I carried the majority of my weight in the upper body that's why my legs faired pretty good.  The panni acutally isn't super bad but above my waist it looks yucky.  My surgeon will probably have to do what he calls a triangle cut above my navel to make the upper abdomen look flat, we'll see.
