Thanks Kathy, you are right, I need to do more protein drinks.  I've been quiet lazy latey and do mostly AchievOne (which I'm addicted to) but darn they cost allot, lol.  Time to pull out the ole standby Cappuccino and Vanilla Cinnamon (that need to be used before they expire in September anyway). Any suggestions on others:  I did order the Stack Chocolate from vitalady but Blane took it, he love it.  Guess I better place another order, lol. Hugs, Dana

I know that folks like the Stack mixed half/half with the ProScore (or similar name). IDS discontinued the Cappucino, I believe.  We still do much of the vanilla cinnamon and coffee.  Yumm.  Isopure Zero Carb Dutch Chocolate is good.  IDS banana w/ calorie countdown and a banana is nice. Nectar Cappucino is good. Hugs, Kathy

BL/BA = breast lift/breast augmentation.  I don't know if you saw but I've elected to go with Dr. Chaney, I just can't deal with the office of Dr. W, I'm too impatient and all in all I liked both; just different pros and cons of each, I weighed them out and I'm comfortable with my decision. Yes it will be here soon, I'm so excited that's all I think of and I can't sleep at night, lol. Dana PS, I'm working out can you believe that .  I've been hopping on the elliptical every day and I bought hand weights yesterday to work on my arms.

Dana,  Best of luck to you!  I just had a TT done 2/1 and I am so pleased already with the results.  I will tell you, I've had 2 C-sections and open RNY and this hurts worse than any of them.  I am concerned that you're having the brachioplasty done at the same time because believe me, I used my arms like crazy the first two weeks or so.  How are you going to pull yourself up?  Just a thought.  I considered having them done at the same time and a girl in my support group who works for a PS is the one who dissuaded me from it.  I'm not trying to talk you out of it, just hoping that you consider this because I hadn't! Anyway, again, best of luck!! Michelle Open RNY 5/5/05 TT 2/1/07 370/180 (at goal)

Congratulations on the TT Michelle.  I have considered the additional pain and trying to manuever myself with both my arms and TT together.  I may regret doing it this way but I feel I need to get it done now both financially (I am saving a significant amount of money combining the procedures) and the time off I'll have for work.  If I don't do them together it'll be at least another year before I can do the other procedure and I don't want to wait that long. My husband will be home with the the first week and my mother will be here with me until I can manage on my own. Dana
