scale bouncing!

Has anyone noticed how that scale can bounce around 7 or 8 pounds and then back down again???? Is it even possible to gain 6 pounds over night??? Questions of the world?? Rhonda

Hey Rhonda! Back on February 10th, MusicMama88 posted a great article entitled, "Why The Scales Lie". It was really interesting and shed a whole new light on those bouncing scales. Check it out - it might ease your mind a bit... it certainly did mine! (Thanks, Betsy!) Hugs! Kristi
