Accountability - What did you eat, Sunday 4/1?

Monday morning has been hopping at my office, sorry I'm so late in posting for how everyone is doing, but I'm still out here and putting my info out on the line for your viewing pleasure...Started the curse on Saturday and really can feel the food cravings coming on, trying hard to beat back the beast (LOL)
Sunday's food:
ALL DAY - kept picking up a dark m & m here and there, probably ate 30- 40 of the little devils all together
B - 2 slices bacon
1 sf p/b cup
10 oz protein hot chocolate
S - 2 chocolate truffles
1 chocolate dipped strawberry
L - triple fudge power crunch protein bar
16 oz sf/ff decaf Starbucks Cinnamon Dulce Latte
S - 1 sm slice multi - wholegrain toast
1 oz slice havardi cheese
D - 3- 3/12 oz grilled bbq chicken
2 each parmasan crusted broiled potatoes & zucchini
S - 1/3 a mini loaf of rochester poop bread
PLUS - 63.5 oz water/crystal light

Breakfast
Black Coffee
1/2 C. Cheerios, dry
Lunch
4 oz. boiled chicken with 1T. mayo
6 baby carrots
Snack
3 Protein Balls (DELICIOUS, Alesia!! Thanks for the recipe!!)
Dinner/Dessert (Birthday Party)
3 oz. hamburger patty
1 tomato slice
2 T. ketchup
2 grapes
1 slice kiwi
1 bite bowtie pasta
Handful of kettle chips
Small slice of birthday cake (later in evening)
Overall, not too badly, considering the amount of food available in a buffet atmosphere. Scales even show I lost two pounds over the weekend, so yay me!!
