Accountability - What did you eat Friday, 03/06?
Good Morning,
Woke up today to a light dusting of snow on the ground, it sure is pretty and really a nice treat from home where snow of any kind is hard to come by... Boy tracking food on vacation has been an eye opening experience, all the go,go,go makes it hard for me to keep on the pouch rules, got enough protein, but also too many carbs and not enough water in on Friday, looking for today to be better...
Here goes Friday's food:
B - 10 oz chocolate/coconut protein on the go
1 nsa blueberry muffin
2 slices bacon
S - 20 oz 50% decaf, sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte
L - 2 chicken fingers
10 french fries
S - 1 protein ball
med banana with p/b and added fiber
D - 1/2 grilled chicken club with swiss chees
3 french fries
1 protein ball
S - 4 med pretzel rods w/ chocolate chip cheese ball dip
PLUS - 53 oz water/crystal light

Being a Wisconsin native I am loving the snow. Let's see....yesterday I ate
1 medium scrambled egg w/cheese
3 oz tuna and half a granny smith apple
3 oz pecan crusted tilapia and 1/2 cup broccoli
(you're saying to yourself, "Why Traci, that seems pretty good so far." Hold on to your hats pals)
Also, throughout the day I ate 6 (six) Cadbury eggs. Yes I said one half dozen. At 150 calories a pop and 22 grams of sugar, well, I bet you can guess the rest.
I did drink 120 oz of water, I ran 3 miles and did 15 min on the stairstepper as well as weight training but still SIX cadbury eggs!!!! WTH is wrong with me????? Since their arrival in the Easter aisle in late Feb, well, you don't want to know how many of these demonic things I have consumed.
It sickens me. (figuratively and also literally)

Yikes - snow on Easter weekend!! Brings back too many memories of growing up in upstate NY!!
B - ls oatmeal packet w/2 T ground flaxseed, 1/2 ff milk, banana
S - 8 oz nsa yogurt, AchievONE
L - apple w/2 T pb, sf Jell-O cup, sf pudding cup, 5 sf Werthers and 1 sf coffee candy hubby brought from Germany
S - 1 c grapes and a lf mozzarella cheesestick, AchievONE
D - 3 oz salad w/3 oz shrimp, sf Jell-O cup w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie
S - naval orange and 1/4 cup cashews
Plus I had my 64 oz of water, 16 oz of green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 2 12 oz cups of sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip, 16 oz coffee and I treaded for 45 minutes.
