Accountability - What did you eat, Saturday 4/28?

Good Sunday Morning to All Saturday was a pretty good day, got the whole house done and time for a ride, even did a little clean up on the front and back porches so I can sit outside and enjoy my morning protein drink in the early morning...Baking on the agenda for today, I'm going to try a new cheesecake - peanutbutter and banana... Food was overall pretty good, but I did snack a little to much in the afternoon - think it was because I did dinner so late (got wrapped up in all that cleaning and didn't realize how late it was) B - 2 protein balls S - 20 oz 1/2 caf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte L - 2 1/2 oz fried chicken (we rode the bikes to an amish restaurant about 35 miles a way, fried       chicken is their Saturday special)       1/4 baby limas       12 sweetpotato french fries ( these are just too YUMMY to pass up )        1/2 a cheddar biscuit S - 2 pieces sf candy       1 mini cherry kitkat       2 bites organic wheat bread w/ olive tapenade (grocery tasting)       1 protein ball D - 5 shrimp scampi with a 1/4 cup fetticini       2 bacon wrapped asparagus rolls (total of 6 stalks) S - 1 slice nsa banana bread with 2 tbsp of pb w/ added fiber on top Have a great day !!! B- 2 vinti sf fv nf latte's, 30 min later  lowfat cottage cheese and peaches snack size S-sunflower seeds 50 cent uncracked bag L-1/2 oz pork roast, 2 tsp mashed potato, 2 tbs green beans S-snack size popcorn D- weigh****chers yogurt S- lunch pack tuna with lowfat mayo and 1/2 pack of Krispy crackers 40 0z water

This weather has been gorgous, hasn't it, Alesia?!?  LOVE IT!!!!!! Yesterday was my official weigh-in day and I lost the 1.1 pounds I gained last week so, basically, I'm still maintaining - which is fine but I keep hoping that w/the added exercise I've done, I might someday lose 5-10 more.  (Wishful thinking!!  LOL) B - 2 whole wheat waffles w/Smart Balance, sf syrup, banana S - nsa strawberry yogurt, AchievONE L - apple w/2 T pb, sf Jell-O cup, sf rice pudding cup, 5 sf Werthers, sf fudgie S - 1 c grapes, 3/4 oz lf cheese, AchievONE D - sm. salad w/lf Cesar dressing, 1/3 of a thin crust tomato/cheese pizza, sf Jell-O cup w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie S - 2 oz multigrain nacho chips w/2 oz lf shredded cheese and salsa Plus I had 65 oz water, 16 oz 1/2 decaf coffee, 16 oz green tea, 16 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip (2 ), 12 oz cf Diet Coke and I treaded for 60 minutes.

Connie, I am in heaven, it has been sooo nice...Finally turned on the upstairs AC unit for our FROG that my son lives in, still don't need it downstairs cause it stays cooler down than up of course, one of those times I am thankful to have seperate units and controls (helps keep the electric bill down)... Glad you are back down the 1+ pound, maybe if you keep up the same program of food and extra exercise it will be another next week and the next and the next and so on until those last few just melt away - I know you can do it Alesia
