Accountability - What did you eat, Saturday 4/28?
Good Sunday Morning to All
Saturday was a pretty good day, got the whole house done and time for a ride, even did a little clean up on the front and back porches so I can sit outside and enjoy my morning protein drink in the early morning...Baking on the agenda for today, I'm going to try a new cheesecake - peanutbutter and banana...
Food was overall pretty good, but I did snack a little to much in the afternoon - think it was because I did dinner so late (got wrapped up in all that cleaning and didn't realize how late it was)
B - 2 protein balls
S - 20 oz 1/2 caf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte
L - 2 1/2 oz fried chicken (we rode the bikes to an amish restaurant about 35 miles a way, fried
chicken is their Saturday special)
1/4 baby limas
12 sweetpotato french fries ( these are just too YUMMY to pass up
)
1/2 a cheddar biscuit
S - 2 pieces sf candy
1 mini cherry kitkat
2 bites organic wheat bread w/ olive tapenade (grocery tasting)
1 protein ball
D - 5 shrimp scampi with a 1/4 cup fetticini
2 bacon wrapped asparagus rolls (total of 6 stalks)
S - 1 slice nsa banana bread with 2 tbsp of pb w/ added fiber on top
