...Sorry to hear you back is still giving you major issues, is the chiropractor really helping or is this a hope for the best kinda thing? Diet peach soda? who makes that? I don't dabble in soda except once in a rare blue moon as a mixer for alcohol, but it does sound like it might make a good mixer with peach schnapps for when I'm having a party and need an option or two...

I'm back from vacation and trying to get through this first day of work after having been away. Glad to see everyone is still plugging away. I did pretty good over vacation. Only gained 2lbs which is way better than I normally do when I go on vacation. I'm back on the bandwagon again today. I've felt kinda rotten actually which is probably from all the junk I've been eating. It'll be good to get back to normal. Besides, I've got another short vacation at the end of June so I got to get cracking on losing the weight I gained plus maybe one or two extra. Anyways, I'll post tomorrow for today's food. Just wanted to pop in here and say hi!

2 lbs is a little bump in the road, know you will be back on track in seconds flat and hope to see that reflected in tomorrows' posting...Picked up a 1 lb myself on the slippery slope of non-accountability, hardest part of the slide will be convincing my head that my body really does not need the carbs and sugar its been getting for the last week - I will perservere
and blast away those cravings...

Listen, if I could, I wouldn't be a morning person either, have to say that a.m. latte or protein drink goes way far in helping to jumpstart me in the morning...Belk's had an awesome sale in Wilmington while I was there and I really got some great deals too - my coworkers had to have security haul me out cause it was closing time and I was still dragging stuff into the dressing room
