I take Calcium Citrate Capsules.   Kinda big but I can get them down. There is D in my calcium  My multi is 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night.   I bought them from my doc, but I prefer Bariatric chewables.   When I'm finished with the ones I have, I'm going back to the chewables.  They taste good too. I take Borage to support metabolic health and CLA becau8se it helps reduce body fat and supports lean muscle mass.

Good on the cal citrate. It's not Caltrate, right?

If it's Citracal, should be 2 = 630mg

No extra D?

I just use a basic multi, not chewable, personally, but then all all those I asked about. There's a few hundred of D in the multi and calcium, but we need to count D oin the THOUSANDS.

Be sure D and PTH are in your tests!

No the calcium is Calcium citrate from Vitamin World.   It has D and Mag, but I take extra mag with it.   I should probably take a dose of D too, but dang.    I have my year review coming up soon.   I'll have my doc include that in the tests.  Thanks. I also started taking Cholestoff....man is that a good deal.   I had cholesterol creep up again and last year it got to 269.   I started taking Cholestoff and by June it was down to 184 and then last August it was 164.   The doc was really impressed.    My son had the same problem and he started taking it and now his Cholesterol went from 300 to now 169.
