What about Milk?
Depends on the actual sugar count listed PER SERVING. Some are 8 oz, but the serving size is 4 oz on the label, so often it might say 10g of sugar per serving, but that is actually 20g for the container!
So, I approach yogurt with caution. I don't see any benefit to it, as far as the speck of protein or calcium in it, but sometimes I just need something with my vites and that will do it. I only seem to "need" it every 6 months or so. That helps.

I don't know what I would do without milk and/or yogurt. I'd be interested in knowing what kinds of foods you eat. I had my surgery in December of 2005 and have 1-2 protein shakes a day (made with skim milk). I use the Isopure. I also eat yogurt once a day with nuts mixed in. I absolutely love almonds and walnuts. I probably eat too much of that.

late but.... i do 6 protein shakes per day, made with water (180g), don't uch like mea or fish, ut do love veggies. i do 4 meals/feeding. i do cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese & some low sugar yogurts. just no milk or ice cream. ever
