I'm gonna tell ya anyway........
Outta bed
coffee coffee and more coffee
Breakfast
1 container fage yogurt with sf stawberry jam
Lunch
Subway roast chicken salad (man did they skimp on the chicken)....with a very small amount of wine vinegar dressing...no bread....no crackers...Yaaaaay
(Spent from 10:30am to about 4:30pm at the VA clinic with Dougie)
Snack
1 EAS protein shake
1 deli roast beef roll up.....no mayo
Dinner
4 oz baked Talapia (no fat)
1 cup asparagus steamed....(no butter
)
1 ear of corn with 1 T Smart Balance
Snack
1/2 cup cantaloupe
1 Adkins caramel protein bar with a cup of coffee....
I'M DONE !

Hey Melinda....yep...it is amazing how much I can eat now. If I'm really hungry and 'empty'....I can eat a whole 6 inch sub and a few chips. I rarely do that...but I can. I usually eat half a half and Doug eats the rest. (he was whining the other day about gaining a little weight....says he doesn't know how....I just keep my mouth shut and keep passing him what I can't or shouldn't eat).
I can eat a half pound of shrimp at one sitting...or a 4 ounces of fish with veggies. So I gotta watch it. I could eat myself right back up to 300 pounds.....and thats a scary thought.
And sugar....oh get outta here. The only time sugar bothers me is first thing in the morning....with nothing in my tummy....if I eat fruit, I dump slightly. I never eat sweets in the morning.....but even fruit sugar gets to me. But after that.....I could eat a whole freakin wedding cake and wouldn't dump on it. So I don't buy candy or candy bars. I save a sweet snack for night. I looooooove Atkins Caramel Bars. They're new. And really good. Its like a candy bar to me...so I have one with a cup of coffee...that really helps. They also push my protein out.
I did buy a box of those 100 calorie goldfish chocolate graham treats...and so far, I've been able to control my intake. But I really don't think I'll buy them again.
Anyway.....thinking about dinner already.....
