Accountability - What did you eat, Thursday 6/14?
Thanks. I needed that today. It's tough. My nut changed alot of things since I was plateaued from 10-12 mos and on a stall month 13. Cheese was my nemesis!!! Oh, don't get me wrong I love peanut butter too. (There's not much I don't like). She cut out alot of fat (whites instead of whole eggs, cheese, double helpings of dressing, etc.) Thanks for the support it really helps.


B: Pure Protein PB Bar/Coffee Powerwalk Luna Lemonzest Bar S: Water Aerobics Moz. Stick Apple Slices L: Panera Sierra Turkey sand w/ 1/4 bread and all the turkey (Bread did not sit well: next time get a turkey salad if there is one.) Dill Pickle Krunchers S: iced coffee made with coffee, ice, and 2%. No sweetners or syrup D: 1 slice meatloaf 1/2 C. Green bean casserole S: AchievOne 1 C. Carb Countdown Choc. Milk Calories: 1502/ 110 Carbs/106 Pro I was gone most of the day yesterday, at aerobics, in my classrrom working, and getting a hair cut. I was ready to be home when I got there!!!
