What to eat when you're STRESSED
OK, so this started out like a wow thing. Yesterday was a day from
!! We had some MAJOR family issues. The "wow" part is that after it was over I had no desire to run to food!!!! We drove through McD's and dh and the kids all got something but I didn't want anything....
Problem is that now it's a new day and I still don't want anything. It's 4:00pm and I've had 500 calories today and about 40 oz of water.
I'm literally sick over the junk that happened and have no desire to eat. So the kids are eatting left over speghetti tonight and I don't have anything in the house to eat (If I were hungry).
What do you do when you're stressed??? Maybe if I could "do" something to vent, I'd feel like eatting again.

it's ok tp not want food sometimes and do only your protein drinks, water, vites.
since my arm shattered, i've wanted nothing. however, i must have some food on board when i takes vites. i cut up a protein bar into slices or halves (depends on bar). today cut apple into slices, then am not overwhelmed with volume. few bites is enough right now, better than eating everything in sight.
protein, water,vites are not optional.
