oops, you are the one with the 20 D. duh. it's either the pain or the meds! or i'm aging again.

ok, if it was me. i would do one of the D3-50 (50,000) per day for 30 days. test. if it leaps up to 70/80, then switch over to the 10k (two 5's) and eat up the rest of the 50's 1 per week til gone. test.

if it creeps up to 30/40, continue and est again in 30 days. target is 70 or so, so you want to get it up fast, then figure how ti stabilize it between "really good" and, "wow! eye popping good" and "oops, way too good".

better to be wander in that neighborhood than in the bone/mood/joint damage area, right?

Thanks so much for the info - it's very helpful.  I placed an order for the right vit D and the right calcium so I feel better about being on the right track.  So sorry about your arm, I didn't realize until after I posted and went back and read what happened to you.  Thanks for taking the time - and the pain - to reply!  Best healing wishes to you!

thaks so much! i'm slow, but i surely don't want ppl to think i'm rude. very tiring to type one handed, make it legible and make dure my "pidgin-speak" makes some sense!
