Medic Alert ?

How many of you have a Medic Alert Braclet ? IF you have one what does it say? My friend of mine said I should be wearing a MED ID braclet since I had RNY.  But wanted to get yalls input.  Also not sure what to put on it.

Hi, I have had a bracelet since the second week after surgery.  Mine has the following: My name RNY Gastric  Surgery Date of Surgery "No NG - OG Tubes Surgeon" Name  & Phone # I hope this helps you decide what to put on it.  Also you can include what you are allergic to, if that  applies.  Take care.

the routes in which the tube is inserted (nasal gastric NG) (oral gastric OG). Mouth vs. nose.
