Hi Erin, This is a great suggestion.  When you are getting tired of the gym do some different stuff. Not only does it trick the old bod it makes it more interesting for you.  I so agree with you on how hard it is to lose 5 -10lbs. You are doing awesome and have it right between the ears and that is where success starts. Keep it it going girl!!! Take care, Kathy

Did Body Sculpt Jazzercise and walking on Monday.  I'm feeling the crunches and leg raises today.  They use tubes, weights and balls at Jazzercise.  I think I get as much exercise trying to get the equipment in place!!! Keep working out!
