Did You Move To Lose Today? Thursday!
I got up early and walked my doggie!! He was a very happy fellow! Then I went to the gym and did a core class and Top Conditioning class. They say not to do this class unless you are really fit!!!
Well, I tried that is all I am going to say on that subject

Oh one more thing. I noticed all the families at the gym today. I think it is so awesome that parents are getting their kids in the frame of mind to do healthy things and getting them out and away from the computer.

Hi Kathy, yes I got in my exericise today. I even beat my own record and finished 1 mile in 25 1/2 minutes. That may not sound too fast but coming from where I've been it is just great. I burned 134 calories and post exercise I continued in high gear getting my chores done.

I did 45 minutes of strength training and about 15 minutes on the bike then headed home to do some laps in the pool, but I got rained out. I need to find a way to get more cardo in. It's difficult for me to walk outside now because it's so hot and because I have MS the heat really affects my legs. I start getting numbness and tingling after walking only a short distance. The pool is a good option for me but we tend to get a lot of afternoon showers here this time of year. I guess I could try to get up earlier to swim…..ugh.
