I want to say you guys ROCKED last night, we had the most post I think we ever did!! You guys are doing it!!!! Yes, yes, Yes...
I hit the gym today and thought I was going my barbell strength class but it was different. It was ok, but had stepping in it and my knees just can't take it. But I toughen it out!! I also did my KickBoxing Class....love it love it love it
Tomorrow I will be going to the gym for my Barbell Strength class and Kickboxing and then on Sunday is my lower body workout!!!
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on and lets wrap this week up in style!!!

I didn't get to the gym yest. (Thurs.) cause I was getting ready for a cookout at our house last night w/ several couples--but I DID get some exercise cleaning up our patio & outdoor chairs, etc., and cleaning inside--so all was not lost!
This morning, I was back at the gym for my 50-min. step aerobic class and then did about 20 min. of upper body strength training. Not enough to work off all that I ate & drank last night
, but . . . that was then, and today's a new day!
And we got some rain early this morn.--great news in this southern IL town!!

Didn't post his yesterday but I did get in my walking, shaved off another 20 seconds or so from my previous time for one mile
