I finally got my butt out of bed this morning and walked the puppy and got to the gym.
Did my kick boxing class and core!! Felt so good!!!

Hi Kathy, I did manage to get some time in on my total gym. I am only able to do some of the exercises because I have severe degenerative joint disease and need replacements, but I did some. Knees weren't up to walking, having some bad pain in them today.

Hi! I have been moving to lose for 3 weeks now. Me and my 5 speed Huffy are doing 5 to 7 miles 5 or 6 times aweek! I love the natural suntan, the area we ride is good to! i have gone from slow in first speed to usually 3rd gear up hill! My hubby has a hard time catching up with me! It has taken 2 years to learn that moving the body and watching how you fuel it is the key to being a successfull WLS person. keep on groving the bod! Oh, 6 lbs and a few inches lost!
