Accountability - What did you eat, Monday 7/2?



Hope you enjoyed the movie...You definately got to make time to read those books, they are almost as addictive as those mind candy romance novels...We like them so much at our house that when each new book comes out, I read a chapter a night out loud with all the voices while DH and the kids listen on - it seems a little strange to others that 2 grown adults, a 14 & 17 year old still do this kind of reading time, but, that is how we have done each book and how we will read the last one when it comes out this summer, then of course the kids to multiple re-reads especially the 14 year old...

Hey, I have confidence in you, make your plan early in the day and you will stay on track tomorrow ( July 4th) too...Just takes a little pre-planning and you'll have room to splurge at the backyard bbq...

I fortunately got to goal sometime ago and I've also had my plastics done TT and BL/BA. The problem is that I injured myself so I haven't been able to work out for a couple of months and have gained 10 lbs back
!! I saw my WL surgeon last week and he thinks I am fine but I feel ICKY!! I need to stop gaining and start losing without the ability to work out......which equals low calories and very little carbs!!! I will have ankle surgery soon so I will be even more sedentary!!!! As soon as I can I will back at the gym burning that fat off!!
I really LOVED working out and I MISS it soooooo soooooo much Like I lost my best friend !!
I was a Pilate's junkie and weight room rat.

Hey Summer,
I'm off the gym right now too recovering for BL/BA, never thought pre-surgery I would ever say I missed the gym, but I too miss my water aerobics, only go for an hour 3 days a week, but its sooo theraputic and really gets my endorphins goings so I feel really good afterwards...Sucks to try and knock off what amounts to just a few added pounds when you can only do it by food modification...keep working your program, it will come off, just more slowly...Good luck with the next surgery...
