New Grad
I'm currently down 191 pounds, and I still have about 80 pounds to go.
Over all, getting this surgery was one of the best decisions I eve made. Welcome aboard, Jim! Woweee, 191 pounds is a good size man you lost! You must feel terrific!
Every day is a new day ... keep plugging at it and those last pounds will come off! You've done a great job!

This is a great place for support and ideas! Just keep plugging away - it does get tougher the longer out you are, but as long as you keep following good eating and making sure to exercise, you'll do great!!
