Accountability - What did you eat, Saturday 8/4?
Hi Linda,
Welcome aboard the accountability posting...I see you are working on making it to goal, taking account daily is a great way to help you get there, personally I think taking account and reporting in to others help me keep on track and continue to make good choices...You had a really great day, if all your days are like this one was I have confidence that you WILL make your personal goal and that day will come sooner than you think...
Good Luck, please come back and post again...
Alesia

B- None: too busy at work to get away
L- Chicken stir fry without rice, 1/2 Krispy Kreme doughnut
S- Cheese stick and 14 almonds
D-Tortilla soup, tortilla chips with salsa and salt( I love salt)
S- Raspberries with Reddi Whip
All my water half my vitamins, forgot the calcium and I walked 4 miles on the trail.
At work there were Krispy Kreme doughnuts, M&M cookies and German chocolate cake. Bringing that crap to work is like bringing Crack to a rehab facility! Many nurses struggle with their weight and many of the patients in the ICU are there secondary to their obesity related health issues.
Hope everyone had a great weekend, I have enjoyed a 4 mile walk and reading the Sunday paper front to back!
Mary
Hi Mary,
Girl, know what you mean the the "CRACK " addict remark, unfortunately drug reps and patients family are notorious for bringing in the "goodies" that should be know as the "badies"...Still I think you held on pretty well, so give yourself a pat on the back
and next time the KK's call you just pick one up and take a deep smell of it one or 2 times, I find smelling them works just as good as tasting, something to do with olfactory satisfaction...
See ya tomorrow...
Alesia

Hi Sher,
You did great just saying "no" to the birthday cake this time
...As for the chocolate, must be needing something from it, you are being a wise person by knowing your limits though, might I suggest the oreo 100 cal packs as a way to satisfy the craving and have a little help to keep it in the limits...
