I still struggle with that.
...All the fruit was probably the culprit for pushing up your carb totals, fruit tends to run high in carb count, but on the flip side it is really good for you in moderation...You know it probably was mostly head hunger, I know being at home, if I don't work out something to keep my hands busy I start wanting to munch too, I think thats why I end up going on cooking sprees on the weekends, making for others keeps my hands and mind busy and out of trouble
...
Have a great afternoon...Alesia

Hey Connie,
Nice to see you back and to hear your words of encouragement...Hope everything settled in smoothly with your daughter
...Looks like you held on pretty well for a girl that was BUSY with movin' and groovin' her daughter...Did great with your liquids, but then you always do
, good food choices too, even with those fruits I know you love sooo much...
Keep up the great job, know its a daily struggle to keep it all in place and make solid choices, you don't do bad at all, you have a pretty solid sense of balancing the good with the not as good ( I know I don't always do the best at it), that is something to be proud of...
Later, Alesia
L- 1/2 ham,pesto& provolone panini
S- Soy Crisps& 5 SF mini Reese PB cups
D-1/2 C taco meat, I/4 C shredded cheese,salsa, lettuce &1T light sour cream
S-"green pie" What my daughter calls the pie I make with SF lime jello, SF no fat yogurt and Cool Whip free; pour it all in a reduced fat graham cracker crust.
All my water, vitamins and calcium plus walked 4 miles on the trail.
The scale is not reflecting all my hard work the last few weeks ( increased exercise and decreased carbs). I feel a little more energetic and sure have slept better!
I hope everyone is off to a great week!
