Accountability - What did you eat, Monday 8/6?

B-Coffee w/ FF 1/2& 1/2 Splenda, 2 oz. baby carrots, 1 slice light bologna, 4 oz. Light n' fit strawberry/banana yogurt
S- 2slices SF/Protein & Fiber enriched toast w/ 1/2 tbsp I can't Bel. it's not bttr and 1/2 tsp cinnamon/sugar mix sprinkled on top
L- 5 oz. ligt tuna mixed w/ 3 tbsp. light miracle whip, 1 1/2c mixed greens, 1 SF dubblebubble gum
S- 2slices SF/Protein & Fiber enriched toast w/ 1/2 tbsp I can't Bel. it's not bttr and 1/2 tsp cinnamon/sugar mix sprinkled on top and 1/4 FF milk
D-iced tea, 5oz. turkey breast, 1 1/2c mixed greens, 1tsp. ranch, 1/4c green beans, 1/4c cranberry sauce, 1/4 cornbread stuffing
S- 1/4c banana mixed w/ 1/4c vanilla ice cream
Totals: Cals-1250/Fat-27/Carbs-113/Protein-110
I admit I did not eat all the turkey breast at one sitting but I measured 1oz. each time I grazed....I figured it was better the turkey than the cranberry sauce or stuffing!!!! This was very hard to do as each was homemade, guess mom's gearing up for the holidays!!!
I also stayed away from the rolls!!!!

Yesterday for me:
B-- Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins and skim milk, string cheese
S-- banana with peanut butter
L-- half a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, 1/2 serving Sun Chips, nectarine
S-- 4 whole wheat Ritz with cheese
D-- 1 homemade taco with ground turkey, cheese, lowfat sour cream, couple bites Spanish Rice
S-- sugar free pudding, south beach cookie pack
Calories: 1332 Carbs: 144 Protein: 71
Exercise:
Went to the gym for my Kick-boxing class ... I LOVE THAT CLASS!!

Never heard of that but I am gonna start using that formula as well.. I ate more than usual yesterday but still within my range so I am happy with that...

D- nice big salad with chicken and cheese on it.. ive been on a salad thing lately
S- ice cream, pretzels and 3 prunes..

YEAH Baby, it was a good day, so you just go,go, go - Like ALL those numbers!!! The fat in food formula works really good, I think it was a major contributor to helping me reach my goal within the first 12 months and will do me good now too...As for salad, what can I say, I love salad, its so YUM, but if I'm not careful I will fill up on it and not get enough protein too...

Know what you mean about being off food, I had that kind of day today, we both have to be careful of this though, to many low days and you'll go into ketosis again and unless you are looking for serious loss this is not where you want to be, I know I definately don't need to do any major losing at this point, just need to maintain, ya know...
Tomorrow is a new day, it will be better, I know I usually go a bit overboard the next day when I have one that is really low in total cals...You did still to great with getting in plenty of protein

Way to go on the fat girl. Went to Outback last nite - man, it's hard sometimes and the calories add up!!! Trying to watch my carbs today. We'll see. . . . I'm eating alot of fruit and you're right that definitely runs it up but damn it's good
2 c. coffee with ff creamer
B-3/4 c. special k high protein, 1 c lactaid, 1 c. blueberries and raspberries
L-1/2 Boar's head chicken and cheese sandwich, 1 c. cantaloupe, steamed broccoli, sprinkle of special k
S-1/2 c. cottage cheese, fat free cheese slice
D-4 oz prime rib, steamed veggies, small piece pumpernickel bread with REAL butter
, salad with ff dressing and NO WINE!!!! Yay
S-no sugar added rice pudding cup
TOTALS: Cals-1308 Fat - 50 Carbs -134 Protein - 100


UMMM, Outback, man I love that place
...And I really love steak too, the good kind, rare filet mignon, its so tender it melts in your mouth and YES! it is such a great protein source - I'm so glad I can eat it, I know so many post-ops who struggle with eating beef...
It was a good day for you...don't stress the carbs in the fruit so much, yes, it does add up, but at least they are from a good carb choice and not from "white" carb intake...
