Hi, Alesia!  Sorry 'bout your fussy intestinal system today .  Hope you're feeling better fast!  Your day looked great, again!  And thanks for that fat system - that sounds like a good rule to follow!! B - 1/2 c Grape Nuts w/2 T ground flax, banana, 1 c ff milk S - 8 oz nsa lf strawberry yogurt, AchievONE L - pb Power Crunch bar, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 5 sf Werthers S - 1 c cherries, 1 sandwich cheese slice, AchievONE, nsa Italian ice D - 3 oz salad w/1 oz lf shredded cheese and lf TI dressing (3 T), 1/2 tomato sliced, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie S - 7 Triscuits w/2 T squirt cheese      10 baby carrots (but they gave me wicked heartburn) Plus I drank 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke and 14 oz ff sf hot cocoa w/ff RW and instead of treading I did my usual Monday housecleaning.

Hi Connie, Yeah, the fat formula really works well, it just takes a little patience to read the labels on the foods you eat, meat of course is the hardest to work into the plan cause almost no meats will fit the criteria, but if you apply the rules to all the other foods you eat it can work out really well...I attribute a big piece of my success in the 1st year to following this one among several other rules instituted by my Nut... You did well today,looks like less snackie type stuff in your food choices ...Hope today was good too...See ya later, alligator ...Alesia

Had a pretty good day, a a little low on calories and protien and water but.... I'll take it. At least there wasn't any major bad choices.

Breakfast....Carb Control Vanilla Yogurt Mid morning snack...Cottage Cheese Lunch...South Beach Diet Grilled Chicken Cesar Wrap w/small serving of jello Snack...Cheese Stick Dinner...Chicken strips, vegetables, and a taste of refried beans Snack...100 calorie pack of Chips Ahoy Thin Crisps Overall calories for the day was 1220.

 Taking one day at a time.

Hello Sher, Just wanted you to know I have not forgotten about responding to you just have been logging in earlier in the day and miss your postings later in the evening... Had a good day, some days are really just going to be lower than others and I believe as long as it is only occasional or part of a specific modified diet plan its OK to have days like this...Myself, I had one yesterday (today's posting)...Just keep making the right choices , you do great with that anyway...
