Question for Weigh****cher Experts

I'm working on my last twenty and I don't just want to lose weight, I want to make sure what I am eating is healthy.  Weigh****chers has always been my go-to program for healthy eating (if you disagree stop reading now). Anyway, I wanted to know if any of the Weigh****cher attendees out there can help me with this points thing.  I have been double entering my food on Sparkpeople and Weigh****chers, so I am falling into my protein, etc. range and hitting my points range at WW.  My daily points number is 28.  My question is: I rarely use any of the additional 35 weekly points and rarely go over the 28 I am allotted for the day (usually just hitting it.)  If I do I generally have between 2-5 exercise points that make up the slack.  What do you think?  I have been losing slowly but that's OK for this last twenty (have lost about five pounds and 16.5 inches since May). Any suggestions?  Thanks.

I'm not a WW expert, but am thinking about joining. Do you attend the meetings? My weight has crept up about 5 pounds and want to nip it in the bud!  Some of my local WLS friends have joined and are having good success with it. Sounds like you are doing a great job! C

working hard to lose it again!
