Daily accountability thread/Monday
Had a good day with my food intake, finally got in a good amount of protien. Still need to work on increasing fluid intake.
Went blueberry picking today, went totaly crazy picking, the berries were so big and beautiful. When I got them weighed up I had picked almost 20 lbs worth, only had enough money with me to get 8 lbs worth. So they kept the others to sell to someone who didn't want to pick their own. I froze up some of them and plan to bring some to a few elderly relatives to enjoy. I plan to indulge a little myself as they are only about 80 calories for 1 cup of fresh berries.

wow u picked 20 pds.. that is crazy.. I love fruit now.. i did before but I dont think i ever worried about eating it as I would opt for other none healthy items.. its funny cause now I crave fruit and veggies and will pick them over other things.
You did have a great day with your calories and protein. I love the menu you laid out for the day. I am trying to start incorperating more carbs in my diet. My big push now is to look for things other than the protein bars/drink and balls I eat.. i am sure I can eat other things.. I just havent quite got it figured out.. i am watching you all to learn how to do that.

Great day!!!! The blueberries remind me of my Mom over the 4th... she saw me eating them and said I looked like a chipmunk storing them for winter in my cheeks :P LOL Enjoy your berries! Dede
