Accountability... what did you eat Sunday

Another busy day for me and forgot to eat most of the day. At the end of day I tried to catch up..yuck.. glad tomorrow is monday so I can get back on track.

here goes..

B- omlette with bacon and cheese

S- 0

L- chicken with salad

S- popcorn at movie maybe little over a cup.

D- home town buffet (wasnt hungry had eaten popcorn at movie. Some roast beef 1 1/2 oz, two bites of a potato, 2 nacho chips, 3 bites of a salad. hmmmm... only cost like 9 dollars..lol

S- ice cream with protein added...

Totals...calories...1,144, carbs.... 76, fat.... 38, protein.... 88

drank a lot as I sat out in the heat a lot today.. over 100 oz.

My day wasn't too bad....Hubby and I went to the movies, I really overdid, but go**** was yummy!!!! Unfortunately, I think all the sugar/carbs really spiked my sugar...then I hit a real low(by the time I got home and tested my sugar was only 57, soooo not good after all the popcorn and candy).  I drank some V8 and rested until I felt better, then made an early night in bed....Back on track though today(dang evil candy at the movies :P)...Have a great day everyone! I did the movie thing too but avoided the candy.. had some popcorn though. glad to hear you are feeling better.. Today is another day for all of us.. enjoy and be well..

Thank God it's MONDAY!!! A new week, back on a little more of a schedule!!!  B - oatmeal  S - protein drink L - 1/2 club sandwich and cup of potato soup S - chocolate chip cookie  (grins) D - Chicken BBQ flat bread pizza Totals:  Calories: 1207 Fat: 41 Carbs: 121 Protein: 90 I'm thinking about changing my breakfast. My oatmeal has 23 carbs per serving so I'm starting out the day full of carbs. Problem is I can't eat most "breakfast" foods. No cereal, no eggs.... I could probably do cottage cheese and sf applesauce though.

Your totals are good and you are doing so well. I like oatmeal to but did the same thing cause it ups my carbs so quickly for the day. I get oatmeal in my protein balls as well so I figured that was enough. lol. it's a juggling game isn't it. Have a good one.. see you tomorrow

yes you had a nice day. love the menu again. YOu are very creative with your choices.. i am very boring with mine. I am trying to figure out better ways or choices to eat.. thats why I look so closely at everyones meals. I have tried a few things I've seen on the board.

Trust me.. sometimes being busy is to much work.. i go back to work just to rest.. now that is sad..

Im still here!! Doing well, charting everything in Fitday and printing it out, keeping a notebook!! It really helps! Yesterday, Sunday, heres what I had,... B-Slim Fast Low Carb Shake-  S- watermelon 2 cups-  L-Oscar Meyer SMokey Links-3 Mashed Potatoes 1/4 c  S-slim fast Lo Carb Shake  D- Cheddar cheese 2 0z-  S- grilled chicken-2 oz Total calories 1136 Fat 74 g   Carb 46  Protein 73 A little too much ft and couldda had a bit more protein,,but all in all,,lots better than what I had been doing!! Im workin it!! Clothes are looser and tummy flatter!! WOOHOO! Blessings Betsy
